We are looking for a top performing Restaurant General Manager and the surrounding area who is results driven and people oriented. This position will oversee the entire restaurant operations including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing for the Golden Chick restaurants.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Be an ambassador of the Golden Chick brand and be professional in every aspect of performance

• Enthusiastically greet and welcome fans to the Golden Chick brand

• Strive to exceed expectations and deliver first service through timely and quality service

• Develop the restaurant’s business plan by working to manage restaurant profit & loss to optimize sales and profit

• Meet or exceed Golden Chick brand standards with competency in inventory and cash controls

• Hire, train, coach and develop the store management team and hourly crew members to build a highly skilled and productive team

• Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members

• Ensure that Food Safety is the top training priority in store operations; role model and enforce safe food handling practices

• Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and team members

• Attract new customers and increase restaurant sales by developing marketing promotions and activities, including advertising, public and community relations programs, identifying and evaluating local competitors’ store marketing, evaluating program results, identifying and tracking changing consumer demands

• At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence

• To set high standards and create a great environment for the team to work.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualification: 1+ years of Fast Food Restaurant management is required.

Shift Leaders help provide leadership and guidance to hourly staff. A Shift Leader must be able to perform all job functions of each crew position, including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, and drive-thru and back-line food preparation. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the management of specific areas of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure that restaurant is properly organized and staffed as designated by written schedule through proper job assignments, break rotation and delegation of tasks during both peak and non-peak periods.
• Conduct orientation, training and evaluation of crew members in all functional areas.
• Assist hourly employees at the point of sale in the execution of product promotions.
• Ensures guest service in all areas meets applicable standards for quality, value and cleanliness.
• Handle minor customer complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problem and make determination when to report to management team on more serious complaints.
• May contribute in the execution of the restaurant’s business plan through specific job assignments and projects as determined by the management team.
• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all cash accountability reports on assigned shifts.
• Able to perform the duties of all other non-management positions.
• Informs immediate supervision promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing the budget and financial performance of the company, and developing and implementing strategies for growth and success. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of employees, including setting performance expectations, providing training and development, and managing employee relations
• Oversee the budget and financial performance of the company, including setting goals and monitoring results
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and success, including identifying new opportunities and improving existing processes
• Monitor market trends and adapt to changing business needs
• Communicate effectively with other team members and management
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
